Since she was four, Alina Bulgakova wanted to be an attorney, specifically a litigator. Once she obtained her Criminal Justice degree from Sacramento State University, she knew her passion would be personal injury law and hasn’t wavered or changed her mind since. She is a certified law student who negotiates settlements under Robert Carichoff’s supervision. She also assists with trials and management of the firm. Prior to law school, Alina spent several years as a paralegal and cemented her passion for personal injury law.

Avina Maldonado is our most senior case manager. Case managers serve as a point of contact for the clients, under the supervision of an attorney, and assist with investigations, medical care, and liability disputes.
